Letter from Jesse White

Everyone when they comes of age In IL and all of the USA probably get some form of letter like this in the Mail.

If you cant read it it says:

 Dear Friend,

Congratulations on turning 21!  As an adult, you have new opportunities and new responsibilities.  You are now faced with serious choices that affect your life and the lives of others.  Some of the most serious decisions you will make are drinking and driving - a deadly mix.  While it is now legal to drink, it is not legal to drink and drive.  Illinois DUI laws have become progressively stricter, and for good reason.  Tragically, an alcohol-related fatality occurs every 48 minutes in the United States.  You can help us prevent these fatalities by making careful choices about drinking and driving.  If you decide to drink, act responsibly and don't drive - take a taxi or choose someone who hasn't been drinking to be the designated driver.  You could be saving your life and the lives of others.  Drive defensively, always wear your seat belt, and never forget that drinking and driving are a lethal combination.  For more information on Illinois DUI laws and programs, visit our office website at: www.cyberdriveillinois.com.

                                                                                                                       Sincerely, Becce Wxite

                                                                                                           JESSE WHITE Secretary of State

What that letter is saying:

Dear tax paying stranger, [ no one let's friends wait 6 hours]

Congratulations on not Dying 21 years in a room keep the hot streak going.  As an adult, you have no fun and new painfully, expensive, hard responsibilities. Over night you have choices that need to be made quickly and will affect your whole life but its no biggie really.  How is drinking and driving a serious descion I thought you aren’t supposed to do it genius. Yeah it’s never been legal to drink and drive  seriously what was he thinking when writing this? Yeah stricter laws hire fines more money. And this is to sad to make a joke. Take a cab? No one takes a cab or taxi- Uber update the letter, capital hill. Let the sober loser drive instead of you. Letting the loser drive is the best thing to do. Drive smart and everyone who is 21 got hammered in their head to wear a seat belt. I want to know the one 21 year old not wearing a seatbelt. Hers a website no one else ever visits unless it’s court ordered.

From, Jesse White
