My favorite Hockey fight of all time
October 4, 1999
This is the 3rd installment of throwback hockey fights even do it is not on a Thursday.

As you can tell by the title this is my favorite fight of all time. I found this fight when I was a freshmen in high school. I watched this on my iPad because we used iPads for high school. Definitely trying to waste time before doing homework. And I have no Idea why but I just liked it.
Some back round. The Hawks of the 90's where nothing like the 2010 hawks. From 96 to like 07 the Hawks where terrible. Finishing 3rd in the division 11th in the conference so trips to the playoffs where on occasion and not happening. The San Jose Sharks on the other hand where the new kids on the block joining the league in 1990. The sharks had some success but not great yet. Playoff appearances and early eliminations nothing to fancy.
Whats one of the best ways to make a name for your self and bring attention to your team. By beating up on one of the oldest teams in the league. Disrespectful from the sharks they should be lucky the hawks even let them in THEIR league. Ever heard of respect your elders?
Steve Passmore is the reason why this fight is probably most memorable, his eyes, his long skate down from his net after letting up 6 goals he's angry, he's pissed they just got their asses kicked in their first game of the season. Yes you read that right. This was the first game of the Hawks 99-00 season.
and after all that skating throwing haymakers he is tired just a defeated man with a long season a head of him
When the ice is settled finally penalties and people thrown outs happened this was the penalty mins
