Era is ending, Thank you Crow.

Man sad day @ The United Center. It was just announced that Corey Crawford will not be returning when ever the season starts up again. He is not being resigned.

This is coming one day after they drafted with there 2nd  round pick[46th ] Drew Commesso. He comes from  U.S. National Development Team Program. Which is good, stat line there was 18-7-1 with a 2.05 goals-against average, .920 save percentage and three shutouts in 27 games last season.

When I saw the draft pick, I thought Perfect Crawford is aging it's going to be like the NFL when they bring in a new QB so he can be mentor and be unstoppable. Turns out that's not the case.  Where just not going to bring him back. And I know we don't want him to feel like we used him, grant it we got 2 cups from him playing a huge role in the 3rd. But just a not resign. Not a trade? Crawford has so much value still in him. It's not like we are releasing him into remittent either just from the team.

I don't want to think like it by the Hawks Dynasty is slowly sadly closing. I know I'll give you a second to cry and wipe the tears away. But age and some what bad moves from the big heads are making it hard to rebuilt at this point we are no longer in the reload stages anymore. Sad to think about it I don't want to go to deep and reminisce on the early 2010's hawks even do we are in a new decade because that is writing them off, and where not ready to do that as a city.

Thank you for all the shut outs, game winning saves, especially Da 2 cups. Corey Crawford you where and always will be the man. I don't think we should hang 50 from the rafter, only because they should some how make a Hawks esq Sox Championship or Brick Plaza to truly appreciate the 2010-2015 hawks. I'll leave this blog with one of the most iconic moments of  Corey Crawford career
