Bears V Buccaneers Week 5 Recap

And time for another issue of Monday Morning   Friday Afternoon Quarterbacking on this Victory FRIDAY.  That is weird to say, but that is where we are today. we are at 4[5]-1. We finally beat Brady and O my God. It feels great.  Dare I say it I think we may be contenders more on that at the end. But we Just beat Brady 20-19. We beat arguably the best player in football at his own game. As Many of yous read my season preview this was actully a game I had wrote off and Said its already a lost we are going to be 4-1 at the end of it and lose the perfect streak. Well we are 4-1 instead and I'll take it.   

I'm going to be honest up until maybe the 4 minute mark that whole first half was not great. A lot of streaks of good play was the only thing keeping us alive. Wether it was a big catch that moved the chains extended the drive long enough to keep the Ball out of Brady's hands. Or caused enough pressure on Brady that he got nervous.  Besides those plays out of no where. We where not looking like we where going to win the game

For example Roqan smith was off a bit a couple plays. clear as day one on ones a MLB dream him and the running back behind the line of scrimmage would just get shaken off and that happened at least 2 times. But he was not the only one having trouble wrapping up and tackling early on into the game. Bucs had a couple extra effort plays that worked on us. 

To be honest Defense looked weak early on we let Brady get away with a sneak. I know he was gonna sneak he's the best in the league with the QB sneak for an inch how was I able to see that and they did not down there at Soldier Field.

Offensively Allen Robinson has to stop jumping for ever ball there are balls where he does not have to leave his feet but he does and it cost us yesterday.He jumped liked kneed the ball and right into the Bucs DB's hands and lead to a drive for a TD. 

Al lot of bad but c'mon we won the game we had a lot of good happen like we got our first rushing touch down in week 5. It maybe week 5 but we are a throw it first team now.  Liking this Darnel Mooney guy he's getting stuff down when he is out there deep threat speedy guy, who's been coming up with a big catch every once and a while. 

Kyle fuller laid DA Boom Stick on some guy causing a fumble You know a defense is good when the DB's can hit. that Fumble lead to  7 the lead by one at the half and an insane Jimmy Graham catch I had no idea he caught. Jimmy The Tumor Graham is growing on me.   

Bears Defense was huge there where 2 separate times of possessions  where the Bucs had the ball for 17 secs and 18 secs all three downs and a punt in that time.  When you don't let the team have the ball can't score. 

Brady was defiantly getting frustrated out there which is amazing that's what defenses do.

David M and Patterson had some great plays and defiantly where the difference makers in this weeks game This was a big game that showed does not mater how you start it's how you finish. 

O lIne was Meh I don't think I am ever going to love the O line until we get a no sack and hugh running game in. Other line front 7 like applied alot of pressure Got the job done like usal ever week. But lets talk Khalil Mack and the plays of the game   

Khalil Mack Adding to the folklore legacy of his. He keeps playing like this he'll be a Ditka Level of mystic and stories of legend. We'll be telling our grandkids there was this guy Khalil Mack who use to throw guys 400 LBS around like they where nothing. Only thing that could stop him from getting to the QB was Construction on the Jane Bryne Express way that thing still not built 50 years later. I'll never trust a catcher the rest of my life we had 4 field goals all went in but still I hate kickers since you know who...

Or well tell them Khalil Mack flipped a guy of Soldier Field once guy ended up in the Lake i know he preferred pools  But we have such a lovely lake. 

Now on to the Bucs last Drive. 

Tom Brady the Best QB to ever play the game. had the biggest blunder ever. He thought the last play he had for the night was 3rd down. When in reality it was the 4th down. 4th and 5. Pass broken up and Brady did this. 

That hand scared the life out of me for a second I was confused I was like no wait that was 4th down wasn't it no way that was 3rd it said 4th. And then it hit us. Brady messed the FUCK UP.  the "god' of football looked like the bum of football, some would say. What I say is that Brady got hit a couple to many times tonight that he thought he was playing with a Pat on his helmet not a buc. 

And he's so used to things going his way upper there in Snow New England he was holding up the 4 so the refs could give him the magical " 5th down' aka some how there was holding defense replay the down. NO NO NO Brady you messed DA FUCK UP. God it feels great that we have finally beaten Brady.   

We finally took down Brady and I'm sorry not sorry Falcons when you stop blowing leads and letting people take wins out of your hands I'll really apologize for taking this but we are 2 legit 2 quit 

 and we may not be pretenders one more win and I'm convinced [ Ok Super Fan max is convinced but regular worried, heart attack max is on the edge [ like his seat every week] is almost there. We got the panthers on Sunday [9 days ] lets kick their ass too. And maybe we can at least start gassing up the Double Decker busses and trollies
