Give your self a game day experience at home

Its Week 2 we got the Giants and its the first game at Home for the Bears with no fans. We'll be missing the Soldier Field experience. So it is my job and Duty as Super Fan Max to create that experience. Follow My step by step guide to do so. 

How does the game start with the Intro

Play enter sandman till around 1:36 ishes 

then cut to Ready 

Have at least one Bass Drop then 5 seconds after the bass drop play win 

Or you can do a lazy cop out and just look up Chicago Bears entrance and have some bad phone video. Do you want to be lazy and cop out no that's what I thought. 

But before all this make sure you have who ever you are watching the game with, already sitting on the end of the couches and you have to sit in the middle, you need to recreate that shuffle to the seat so no cheating and stepping  over the coffee table. If you really want a fan experience take the sofa out of the house and replace it with plastic folding chairs. No metal plastic we are going for authenticity people.  

You need a good National Anthem and who does it better then anthem Jim Cornelison? NO ONE!! 

 

Kick off is around this time if we are putting the Defense out there or kicking off play 

If we are receiving  the kick off 

I know these songs switch to different ones but remember I am trying to remember these off the top of my head, since they don't do this part on TV.  

Offense not that much goes on, historically too. Mostly because you have to be quiet since offense is at work [ 3rd and short and 4th and short especially situations] Need to be able to audible

But when we did move the Chains tell your self [ play yardage ] Thats good enough for a Bears FIRST DOWN 

Defense you better be yelling and playing the Bear Raid Siren in the back ground 

The bears are a team sadly stuck in the 80's so any guitar riff is acceptable IE Welcome to the Jungle paradise city 

If you are not making noise on third and short defense get out of here and join a different sport.  

Special Teams 

If we are receiving the punt I can't remember what it is but let do a throw back for Hester and Play Soulja boy. This one for you hester, [ points up to the sky] He's not dead just appreciate the guy 

Concessions stands and Half time creation. 

Its one or the other there is no way you can do both and still enjoy the game, with out  missing the whole 3rd quarter  

Have some one offer you a beer but make sure you give them 12.50-14.50 for it even if its your own house and beer

Fry or caramelized onions even if you don't want a polish or Brat just give the aroma of the onion smell, you know what smell I'm talking about too.  

make your self nachos but have two bowls a really nice one and a cardboard box for the other one, unless we play the packers no Cheese aloud.  

cold game too only warm it up enough that you enjoy the first couple bits cuz thats what happens. 

at this time also Us every souvenir that you bought from the game popcorn bucket, nacho football bowl ,hot chocolate mug anything 

If you are not hungry you need to probably go to the bathroom. 

Half time is the only time you can go to the bathroom I don't care if no one is in the bathroom stand infront of the door for 15 -20 mins, half times change on occasion. Then go in us the bathroom rush out. But not  stand in front of the front room wait till 12:47 is on the clock a now you can re shuffle back into you seat. We both know there is no way when your at Soldier field you can make it to your seat and back one two, got to have a road block. 

wave the rally rag when needed on other team field goal attempts to amp your self up kick off or punt returns Third down/ especially fourth down. on defense 

Kicking a field goal you shut up and hold your god damn breath, pray to God gods, any holy powerful bein we need the 3 points most likely.   

Touchdowns 

Play bear down and singing it after every touchdown and field goal and make sure to clap

High 5 who ever is sitting next to you. friend, dad, dog anybody 

Thats All I got off the top of my head to recreate the game at home. It stinks that we are not aloud @ Soldier Field this year and going to suck when we can't have any fans at the SuperBowl or Parade but I think well cross those bridges WHEN we have to.

Create the Bear weather effect at home shut the air off open all the windows bundle up or go shirt less  plastic chair for best effect.
