Bears V Giants Recap

Another issue of Monday Morning Quarterbacking, On yet another Victory Monday, that barely happened. But we are 2-0 winning ugly.  You know what when you have these two historic franchises line up against  each other its going to be a physical low scoring its Chicago V New York. its going to be a Winning Ugly game I just don't want these types of games so early. 

Why is it that every week we can't just out right when the game, why does it have to come down to the wire.I'd have it any other way that is a winning out come then this. I just suffered my first heart attack [ last week was almost break] of the season trying to keep it under 7 for health reasons. 

Why is it that when ever we have to play a team that we know is awful we got to stoop down to that level? When are we going to but the beat down on a team 57-3? Did we run out of those games, games like that after the 1940 Bears v Washington  championship game? 

It was a 17-13 win. And 

Lets start off with the good Mitch and David M played Great. Espically that First touchdown pass, that was a 32 yard play we had Mitch Rolling out David M catching and shaking and baking into the end zone. 

Robert quinn making his debut strip sacking Jones and Mack recovering. Which lead to 3, Rather have a TD since we where already in the redzone. But what are you gonna do. Defense was dominate the first half had a pick ,3 sacks, had a first half shut out.  Then the 2nd half happened. 

How is it that Saqoun Barkley manages to get hurt and out of the game the main weapon/ playmaker for the Giants. And the Giants almost come back, with out him? We got owned the 2nd half of the game. We had 13 unanswered points Mitch had 2 picks, piss pour play, and this. 

Tell me the difference between these two plays? Malcom Butler bump was harder in my opinion. Eddie Jackson had a house call some one owes the Bears 6.  They where both going for the ball., league play Bears V the World like usual. 

And the ref trying to give everyone a heart attack as he meets his flag throwing quota on the last play which was a Pass interface Offense. I don't know that its the last play any penalty on the last play is usually defense and hurts us especially when its in the end zone. 

Bears thoughts

 O line  B+ in run game we where very effective in the run game. C- in pass game Mitch had to run, grant it I like it when he runs, but we got sacked 4 times this week not great. But O line did come up pick still not only in the pass protection but with Catching Bobby Massie Out here being a a playmaker. So I can't be that hard on the O line this week. 

Run game was great David M came up pick 82 yards of play Patterson had a few runs for + yardage so they did good. Less I blog the better. 

But not a whole lot of Cohen talk sooooo. 

Was Not miller time had two great balls thrown at him and he dropped/ let them go though his fingers. Allen Robinson had passes bounce off his hands.  So both need to get on the Jug machine this week before/ after practice. 

Not a whole lot of TE play but they blocked and made a couple catches no problem.  less is better

QB play not horrible just wish not sacked as much he threw and ran just 2 picks and sacks did not help.

Defense 

We need help in the Middle on DL we keep getting the ball ran down out Throats. Thats not Bears football getting ran down the middle. Eddie Goldman not being there is showing. 

LB Nick Kwiatoski would be a a great help this year since he's a hammer head and can just stop anything in the middle but the descion to keep Danny T is showing. I get why we Kept Danny T experience, has read more Defenses, Nick K this is his 5th year and Roquan Smith is 3rd year we could not afford to not have a vet there at MLB would show even more. 

But they managed to maul the Oline when needed and had 3 sacks so C+ play from front 7 

DB's not bad played a great game had 2* picks but they got worked there in the 2nd but figured it out the end. 

David M got blown up and almost had a neck injury and could of been out of the game. Get this man a Neck roll for next week we have the falcons. They been blowing leads, the pass two weeks if the Bears have a lead this game I'm scared since we managed to play down to everyone we plays level lately. I'm not going to accept a Blown lead to the Falcons we don't do that here they do.
