Easter Dinner

So this weekend is the end of Lent with Easter the bunny will be hopping through the neighborhood dropping off peeps, candy, eggs all over the lawn.  Consider litter in all 50 states and world wide but this ain't an earth day blog. But Easter bunny be on the look out for that fine.


Most people have a ham for the holiday and all your extended family coming over. You know what I'm talking about easter lunch dinner. But we obviously can't do that with pandemic. Even do you can say Know what where taking the 10 best family members meeting up 6 feet apart and having that lunch. But the baby of the family feelings will get hurt. Boo hoo be more interesting little baby and you could of been invited.  

So anyway next week my moms putting the TV making me "attend' Living room mass. Slept in till 11:30 last week so missed it. But She's also going to try and make a Deep Dish Pizza. 


And and I'm looking forward to it. I'm a little crazy I like deep dish if we are ordering pizza I'm not saying we should get it. But if I'm out and about I'll get a slice I'll eat the heavy meal and be full and on my way. Slander it all you want New York, jagoffs who's arguments is its just a bread bowl of hot tomato soup and cheese, your the type of person who likes Pizza hut and should have no say in a pizza debate. Get your childish, plain boring taste buds outta here. If I put a slice of this Chicago delicacy infront of you just say how messy it is and not be like a real Chicagoan willing to get their hands a little dirty for a good meal. I need a fork and knife to eat this ha ha a spoon for this bread bowl. Dominos lovers. 

By the way want an amazing slice of Deep dish done right go to Ricobene's again. 


But ok I'll sympathize with you anti deep dish people.I don't know how many people who aren't my friends who read this don't/ haven't lived some part of their life in Chicago.  So for my non Chicagoan readers [ shout out my one Russian reader] I can say deep dish is sort of a celebration dinner, not the regular pizza you order on a Friday, Saturday night ok. Thats the most slandering I'll do to deep dish. 

So Easter Sunday we are Celebrating so 1st time ever made homemade Deep dish is in order. 
This is mainly the time killer portion of my blog so If you fall in the Anti Chicago Deep dish category here is a little lesson on why we have this delicacy.



I'm Not sure where my mom is getting her recipe but here are some ingredients to make it just right if you want to eat like a: What grade internet blogger am I? probably like a -w or -y grade blogger . 


And once you have the ingredients you should probably know how to make it

The work chronicles : PT5.5 still working with mind boggling people

Said it once said it a billion times. I’ve been here here to long and I’ve got to get out of here. Everyone has this in common a shitty  part time or shitty job and not making enough money.  Now I won’t really be making enough or more money. I went back to  school in January so making money but not really a lot since I’m working a lot of hours like I was in passed months. So only work my minimum of hours of 24. I planned on going back to 32-40 Hours a week to get my money not my funny up. But sales are down and store is dead. Times where it looks like where about to close or open how little or no body in there. It’s sad so if anybody needs my meat come to my meat department. But here’s where the mind boggling people come in I had 32 hours this week and the store manager like a coward decided to cut the hours and give us the schedule the day he’s off.
