all star weekend thoughts
How know its exactly a month later but better later then every.
Another All star game comes and goes. This one being in Chicago made it extra special and, would of been a lot better if a Bull played in the actual game. Zach Lavine in the 3 point contest did not cut it. Things I did not watch but wanted to Celebrity game,Skill challenges and the All star game yes the thing the whole weekend is built around I did not watch.
Friday
USA v the World rising stars game it was a pretty good game kind if a slow start for the USA and I actually thought that the World could slip away with a win here. The Scored first played a little more defense. with Luka giving them a 10 point lead in the half, USA seemed to trail alot of the game. But Zion was dunking like an animal and ended up tilting the Hoop cuz such a hard slam. USA just pulled away late in the 3rd and 4th was all USA. But did not mind the last couple of mins of a dunk fest. Till Zion decided to show off and was missing dunks when all they eyes where on him. Young choke artist in the making. Im kidding.

Gimmicky I liked when miles swore by accident on Live tv a kids and family show no less.
Some home town celebrities where Hannibal Buress Chance the Rapper former Chicago Bear Spice Adam aka Cream E. Biggums.

Saturday pretty funny. I wish I could find a bootleg full 40 minutes of it. But this is the Jeff The Roastmaster General Ross. Only real clip I could find and one of the funnier parts I enjoyed Tiffany Haddish MCing too she had a couple good zingers @ times

This is one of my favorite all star game events its a live race that involves alot of skill. See what I did there? It amazes me how many people in the league can't pass or get it on the money evey time. I would like to do this event I think I would be good at at it Besides the three Im inside the paint guy Such a true fact they say in there the big man wins a lot since point guards don't pass any more.
How did the bucks guy lose the ball its his job to dribble wow. Sabonis luck ran out going down to the shot again but of course he makes the shot after the game is finished. I for sure need to see . this live next year.

contest I liked but my guy, bull's nation, Zach Lavine fell short in points. Whole arena was there to see him and he must of used all his shots while practicing. Just couldn't stay hot when needed to be
Dunk Contest
Not impressed at all both dunks seemed very similar, where they good dunks yes. But worth 50 every time? no Why do the judges decided to judge in the sun and death round and how can a guy almost break the world record of a high jump and dunk not win get some real judges like these guys down below.
It seemed like the NBA or fans want to live in the past and brought out familiar dunkers for the competition. Come on NBA fans live in the future. Quit living in the past there getting older and cant dunk like they use to . I like the dunk contest but its never judged fairly or actually judged. They always just hand out tens. Why did they jump over chance the rapper like 3 times. Jump over long hummer limos and stuff ring of fire and stop jumping over people.
Sunday All star game video reaction
This was LeBron and The Greek Freak pic em style game. As in these two captains got to big who ever they wanted out of the All Star pool. They ended up picking guys from there respected conference. And it just ended up being a East v West conference all star game.
I get why the NBA all star game is not as crazy or lacks the competitiveness that other regular season games have, its another game in the middle of the season. If it was like baseball where there is implications on home field advantage in the world series, it would be a lot more competition. But this year I heard is was kind of actually competitive.
