Da Blog : Day Late Dollar Short

 I just finished blogging for 32 days straight How do I still have fingers?   There no real reason why I particularly decided to blog for the whole month of September.  [ and two days in August] I bring my total amount of Blogs to 185 and 54 coming from September alone. And that's what has been published I have some Blogs on the back burner as well.  It was a busy busy month for DaBlog. Having hit piece after hit piece. I was a typing machine.  So I have no Idea where I go from here now. Averaging one blog a day can be time consuming, let alone a few days in that stretch where there where up to 5 being the most. I definitely enjoyed doing what I am doing. But alot of other stuff has been pushed aside mainly school work. There where a few times where I said I should break my streak but there was always a story line/ take there. School work defiantly suffered but its not like I wanted to do it any ways but still kind of have to get serious about that. It's ha...

 Sox lost today. And it may be on me.  All season  I have and haven't paid attention to the White Sox. I was an occasional fan. I only watched box scores besides one game this year. Because that stupid contract with WGN ended and NBC Chicago took over you know the story. Don't have ESPN, FS1, or allowed in bars[plus covid would of stopped that anys] so I only managed to watch one game this year Sox V Reds the 5 home run game with 3 back to back to back home runs. So I want to watch the Sox and don't want to feel like a bandwagon if they win the whole thing. So I am observing them from a distance. I may have drawn to much attention to them, today. By wearing my Sunday finest of my 1973 Red pinstripe Paul Konkero Jersey, and sox hoodie underneath.  Put I took a screen shot of my screen because this his how I "watched" the last inning had school so wasn't able to "watch" as much as I wanted.  I thought we had the game with the bases loaded 2 outs. Tonight is the first night of the Presidential Debates and I could care less. But you know the world has gone to hell the past 4 years for no reason. Everyone is more mad then me after a Bears lost.  GOD DAMN why can't we have anything nice happens to Chicago once again. We are on the eve of the playoffs for the White Sox. And some how I subconsciously convinced my self that we where not playing this series  in Oakland. I think I heard we where playing Oakland and me knowing that we are historically bad in Oakland. For some reason we just can't win in the coliseum. In the last two decades when ever the Sox travel to North Cal we are 52-27.  I think I kept saying we don't play in Oakland we don't play on Oakland to try and calm my self that we will be okay in this series cuz as we all know we have been playing bad these last couple of days/ games. Fuck Tarik Cohen tore his ACL, they confirmed it.  Why can't we have nice things here in Chicago. Why is it that once things start looking up they got to start coming down? NBA must of been reading my blog and knew that I was on to them. When I exposed the NBA law that every decade the Lakers and Celtics must play each other in the finals at least once.  Since Celtics where not able to make the comeback in  series to make it to the finals. The Heat advances to the finals despite beinga 5th place seed and having to go through boston.  So the NBA FINALS are finally set after like 3 months. We got the  La LeBron.  I mean LA Lakers vs Miami Heat.  I'm pulling  for the heat I still like Jimmy Butler. He's the reason I got more into the Bulls at the time and I don't want LeBron to win his 4th.  It’s gonna be hard to it’s heat. The Lakers, have LeBron/ the refs/ Kobe story line in their side So it will be interesting to watch this up coming week. How obviously that the Lakers do it for Kobe.  

No Monday morning quarterbacking today we’re doing it today. First off what the hell did we just watch?!?!?!?!?!  This blog is no way or fashion going to be like the last 15 recaps this thing is going to be all over the place just like this game.  Just riffing not breaking down this side of the ball or this. just talking.  I don't know how but some how this came up recently. Maybe their doing what I am doing and visiting a story 3 years later. So basically this guy in Texas ,Chris Mendiola, adopted a dog in 2010 and the dog bounced home from home until he got it. Fast forward to 2017 dog is 11, guy is 26. Gets a tattoo, to match with his dog. So after 7 laters.  Now this is the part of the story that gets fishy.  Bears going down to Atlanta, and playing in Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the first time ever. This is Trap game week, make it or break it week, contenders or pretenders week. It's a big week for Da Bears and it ain't even packer week.  When looking at the schedule I saw 16-0 +3-0 =World Champions. But I also saw First 4 weeks either going 4-0 or 3-1, lost coming from Falcons or Colts. Here we are on the doorstep of the Falcons.    Im not afraid of any opponent. But theres alot of talent on this roster Falcons just suck do. They've been worked over by the Cowboys and Seahawks.  That is the beef from my one year blogging lunch from a few hours ago. My  mouth is watering just looking at this picture.  Nothing says peak shitty blogger like having big lunch of a big beef extra wet, with a healthy serving of  Giardiniera. I'm  Celebrating sitting at my laptop, typing away, creating 171 now 172 blogs. Sitting in my underwear, Getting fat, playing into the blogging stereotypes and Chicago sterytopes of being fat. Another season means one year at Da Blog, Today is my Blogaversary.   It's been one year since I started Da Blog.  It all started because I felt like I needed more then a friends DM to rant or be happy about bears games. That evolved in to Hawks/ Bulls Coverage, trying to make jokes and poking fun at things happening in Chicago.  My one year anniversary kind of all most snuck up on me. A couple weeks ago I wanted to see my monthly blogs published.  Looking at this made me realize its been a year.
